Claudio Dos Santos is a French-Belgian voice actor born on September 10, 1974, in Vila das Pombas on the island of Santo Antao in Cape Verde. His career in animation voiceover includes a range of supporting and principal roles in both anime series and animated feature films.

Dos Santos is known for his work in several prominent anime series. He provided the voice for Roi Noir in the 2016 series Drifters. Another significant anime role is Issa "Buccha" Mihotoke in Air Gear, a series that aired in 2006. His anime voice credits also include work on the 2007 special Buzzer Beater and the series Tobot.

Beyond Japanese animation, Dos Santos has voiced characters in Western animated films and superhero features. He notably voiced Bruce Banner, also known as the Hulk, in several Marvel animated films released between 2013 and 2014. These include Iron Man & Hulk: Heroes United, where he had a principal role as the character, as well as Avengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher and Iron Man & Captain America: Heroes United. His other film voice work includes the character Sven in the 2019 animated film Vic the Viking, and Grosses Paluches in the 2015 film Agents super zéro.
