Souryuu Konno is a Japanese voice actor and actor from Aomori Prefecture. He is a graduate of the Performing Arts Academy and is affiliated with the talent agency Chikyugi. In addition to his screen and voice work, he is also active as an amateur rakugo, or traditional Japanese comedic storyteller, performing under the name Sanyuutei Yuuki.

Konno is known for his versatile supporting roles across numerous anime series. He is recognized by international audiences for providing the voice of Toshiya Katsuki, the warm-hearted father of the protagonist in the acclaimed figure skating anime Yuri!!! on ICE. His other notable anime voice credits include roles in Stitch! as Mr. Honda, the Lupin the Third franchise, and an appearance in the second season of Black Butler. In 2023, he was entrusted with the significant role of voicing Albus Dumbledore in the Japanese dub of the mobile game Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, succeeding the late Ichiro Nagai.
