Kotone Kuwayama is a Japanese voice actress known for her work in anime. She is affiliated with the talent agency IAM Agency. She was born on October 23 in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, and has a blood type of AB. She graduated as a member of the 40th class from the School of Sound Arts.

Kuwayama is best recognized for her supporting role as Hajime Tsuji in the comedy anime series Three Leaves, Three Colors, which aired in 2016. Her other television anime work includes the role of Ono-chan in the 2015 series JK-MESHI!. In 2015, she also had minor roles in the series ISUCA, Castle Town Dandelion, and two seasons of Rainy Cocoa. Her video game credits include playing Nabo no Kobako and Shiina Ai in the game Shooting Girl.

Her known talents and hobbies include dancing, playing the bass guitar, and collecting stuffed animals. She holds a shodan (first-degree black belt) in kendo. She retired from the voice acting profession on June 19, 2020.
