Kiyu Morita is a Japanese voice actress, narrator, and stage performer born on July 1, 1968, in Hokkaido, Japan. She began her voice acting career in 1990 and currently works under the agency Across Entertainment. Prior to 2009, she was affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society, also known as Haikyo. Morita initially performed under the name Chiaki Morita before adopting Kiyu Morita as her professional name. Beyond her work in anime, she is also active as a narrator for variety television programs and works as a voice trainer.

Morita has voiced numerous characters across a range of anime series from the 1990s to the present day. One of her most recognizable recurring roles is Nitta in the long-running family comedy Atashin'chi, which aired from 2002 to 2009, and its sequel series Shin Atashin'chi, which aired from 2015 to 2019. Her other major anime roles include Takumi in The Brave Fighter of Exkaiser from 1990, Kazuki Tokimura in The Brave of Gold Goldran from 1995, Tonis in Trigun from 1998, Tokio Yamato in Flint the Time Detective from 1998, and Yuri Ivanov in the Beyblade franchise. She also voiced Honza in the series Monster, a young Kamui in X, and Tatsuo Ninomiya in Saint Tail.

In addition to her television work, Morita has appeared in other media, including providing the voice for characters in the video game Genso Suikoden V. More recently, she had a voice role as a character named Local C in an episode of Dropkick on My Devil! X. Morita's career also extends to stage performance, as she is the leader of the comedy theater unit Q商会, for which she has produced and performed in multiple productions since 2015. She is also a certified elementary school and kindergarten teacher, and leverages this certification in her work as a personal voice trainer for students of various ages. She has served as a voice acting instructor, teaching students such as voice actress Cocoro Shimahara.
