Miyuu Tsuji is a Japanese voice actress, actress, and singer born in Tokyo on July 6, 1996. She is affiliated with the talent agency Oscar Promotion as an actress and with Aoni Production as a voice actress. She stands 165 cm tall and has blood type B. Her career began in entertainment after she was a finalist in the 12th All Japan National Beautiful Girl Contest in 2009. Her major breakthrough came when she won the Grand Prix at the 1st All Japan Biseijo Contest in January 2014, a competition jointly held by Oscar Promotion and Aoni Production to find a new heroine with both beauty and a beautiful voice. This victory provided her with prize money, simultaneous contracts with both agencies, and guaranteed voice acting opportunities.

Tsuji made her voice acting debut in 2014 as a background character in the film Precure All Stars New Stage 3: Eien no Tomodachi. Her first television anime role came in 2015 with a minor part in Concrete Revolutio: Choujin Gensou. She is known for providing the voice of Nina O'Brien, a red-haired bridge operator on the Macross Elysion, in the 2016 series Macross Delta. Her other notable anime roles from this period include a schoolgirl in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal Season III, an additional voice in the landmark film Kimi no Na wa., Satomi Ishii in Ousama Game The Animation, and Ooarmadillo in Kemono Friends. Beyond voice acting, she has performed as a member of the idol group elfin' and starred in the 2019 live-action film Sekaiichi Oishii Mizu ~Marronpati no Namida~.
