Monty Arnold is a German voice actor, actor, and former comedian born on June 26, 1967, in Mönchengladbach, Germany. He is also known by his full name, Montgomery Arnold. Before establishing himself as a voice actor, Arnold spent sixteen years as a cabaret performer and was a founding member of the Quatsch Comedy Club in Hamburg. His early television work included appearances on comedy programs such as RTL Samstag Nacht and the ProSieben series Comedy Factory. He also appeared on screen in the German film Der bewegte Mann.

For anime fans, Arnold is recognized for several key roles in German-language dubs. He provided the voice for Brittany in the series Grimgar, Ashes and Illusions, a role originally performed by Japanese voice actor Hiroki Yasumoto. In The Seven Deadly Sins, he voiced the characters Helbram-Fee and Wild. His other anime voice credits include Ruiga in Naruto and Junko in Storm Hawks.

Beyond anime, Monty Arnold has an extensive career in general voice acting. He is widely known as the long-standing German voice of Tinky-Winky from the children's series Teletubbies, a role he has held since 1997. He also gained recognition as the off-screen narrator for the German television show Upps! Die Pannenshow. In the world of video games, he is notable for voicing the protagonist Rufus in the Deponia adventure game series. His other game roles include the narrator in the Dungeons series, various characters in the Final Fantasy series, Tony Tough in the Tony Tough games, and Gel in Starfield.

Arnold has also performed as a stage actor, notably taking on the role of Hans in a Berlin production of the musical Die Drei von der Tankstelle. Later in his career, he has worked as a lecturer for musical and media history at institutes in Hamburg, as well as a freelance organizer of voice-over workshops. He is based in Hamburg.
