Klaus-Peter Pleßow is a German actor and voice actor born on February 5, 1948 in Berlin, Germany. He has an extensive career in live-action film and television, appearing in German productions since the mid-1960s. As a dubbing actor, Pleßow has contributed German voices to numerous international films and television series. In the field of anime, his voice roles are primarily known from German dubbing productions. He provided the German voice for the character Takahiro Fukushima in the 1989 film Mobile Police Patlabor 1: Der Film, which was produced in 1997 for the German synchronization. He also voiced the character Sakuma in the sequel, Mobile Police Patlabor 2: Der Film. In the anime series Doomed Megalopolis from 1991 to 1992, Pleßow played the role of Noritsugu Hayakawa. Additionally, he voiced the character Noppo in the German synchronization of the Dragon Ball anime series produced in 1999 and 2000. Beyond these anime-specific credits, his dubbing work includes characters in the film Das Schloss der Affen from 1999, the series Extreme Dinosaurs from 1997, and various live-action productions such as Der Sentinel and Miss Marple.
