Haruka Mikami is a female Japanese voice actress and singer who is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. She was born on January 27 in Kanagawa Prefecture and is known for having blood type B. Her interest in voice acting began in her childhood after watching the anime film My Neighbor Totoro, which inspired her to pursue a career where she could encourage others through her performances. Her grandmother, a former Japanese teacher, helped her practice reading aloud, a skill that became one of her strengths. She later graduated from the voice actor talent course at Amusement Media Academy to prepare for her professional career.

Mikami made her voice acting debut in 2010, providing a dub for the live-action drama Accident Couple. In 2011, she was selected as a member of the voice actress unit One Little Kiss through the show SAY!YOU!SAY!ME!, which led to the group releasing several singles and allowed her to participate in music as well as voice work. She officially joined 81 Produce in April 2012. Her early anime roles included minor parts in series such as The Idolmaster, Campione!, and Sakamichi no Apollon. She is perhaps best known for playing the role of Hina Hoshino, one of the main characters in the 2015 anime series Kami-sama Minarai: Himitsu no Cocotama. She also voiced the character Merill in the television anime version of Little Witch Academia and has had roles in shows like Kyoukai no Rinne and Deokoboko Majo no Oyako Jijou.

In addition to her work in television anime, Mikami has an extensive list of credits in video games. These include roles such as Kuroshiro Tsunatsuna and Shimazu Yoshihiro in Sengoku Asuka ZERO, as well as characters in game titles like Aikore, WONDER ORACLE, and My Tower. Her film work includes voicing Hina Hoshino in the theatrical film Kami-sama Minarai: Himitsu no Cocotama: Kiseki o Okose♪ Tepple to Dokidoki Cocotama Kai. Outside of acting, her hobbies and skills include calligraphy, playing the flute and piccolo, aromatherapy, and mineral collecting. She has shared that her favorite quote is from Cardcaptor Sakura, and her life motto is that there is no genius greater than effort. Fans affectionately refer to her as Mikamin.
