Arne Kapfer is a German voice actor born on March 29, 2001. He is the son of actress, moderator, and radio speaker Ulrike Kapfer. His voice acting work spans films and television series, including a number of anime productions for the German dubbing market.

Kapfer is known for providing the German voice for the character Sorata Suzuhara in the anime series Norn9. This series, based on an otome game by Otomate, features a German dub produced by KSM Anime, in which Kapfer voices the role originally performed by Japanese voice actor Atsushi Abe.

In addition to Norn9, Kapfer has taken on other anime voice roles. He voiced the characters Hiroyuki Hayakawa and Devilo in the series Concrete Revolutio.
