Shiori Katsuta is a Japanese voice actress born on September 14, 1987, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She has blood type B and a height of 156.5 cm. Her agency affiliation is with Aslead Company. She holds a qualification in Kanji Kentei Level 3 and lists massage as a special skill.

Katsuta made her debut as a voice actress on June 10, 2010, with the role of Melia in the Wii game Xenoblade. This debut role is one for which she has consistently shown a strong affinity, even drawing an illustration of the character to celebrate the game's 12th anniversary. In addition to animation, her career includes work in dubbing for foreign films and narration.

One of her notable anime roles is Teru Sakurada in the 2015 television series Castle Town Dandelion. Her other animation credits include appearances in series such as Lego Friends, Lego Chima, and an episode of Doraemon. In video games, beyond her debut in Xenoblade, she also provided voice work for the 2011 game Kuon no Kizuna - Saikai no Sho Voice Version and a voice option for the character avatar in the 2015 game Xenoblade Chronicles X. Her work in foreign film dubbing includes providing the Japanese voice for the Red Queen and Alice's sister in the film Alice in Dreamland. She has also performed in a pachislot game adaptation of Sanada Junyūshi Special.
