Natrella belongs to the Comédie-Française, one of France's most prestigious theater companies, and has performed in stage productions there, including a 2017 rendition of Cyrano de Bergerac where he played Carbon de Castel-Jaloux. His extensive acting career spans from the mid-1980s to the present, with credits across film, television, and voice work.

In the field of animated voice acting, Natrella is known for the role of Tatara in the 2015 Japanese anime film The Boy and The Beast (original title Bakemono No Ko).
