Florian Schmidt-Foß is a German voice actor, born on October 28, 1974 in Berlin. He comes from a family of voice actors; his brothers are Gerrit Schmidt-Foß and Dennis Schmidt-Foß. Beyond his voice work, he has also appeared as a screen actor in productions such as the German television series Praxis Bülowbogen.

Schmidt-Foß is best known for his extensive work in dubbing foreign-language films and television series into German. His anime voice acting credits include the role of Obotchaman in the series Dr. Slump, which was produced from 1997 to 1999. He has also contributed voices to several episodes of the long-running anime Detektiv Conan, playing various minor characters. Another anime credit is the role of Rick in the series Kirby.

In addition to his anime work, Schmidt-Foß has provided German dubbing voices for a wide range of live-action roles. He voiced the actor Kerr Smith as Jack McPhee in the teen drama Dawson‘s Creek and later as Jason Argyle in Eiskalte Engel 3. He also dubbed Devon Sawa as the living boy version of the title character in the film Casper. Other notable dubbing credits include Masi Oka as Franklyn in Scrubs – Die Anfänger, Paul Walker in Brokedown Palace, and James Kirk in X-Men 2. Earlier in his career, he was a voice actor for the Julian character on the German Five Friends audio drama series produced by Europa. His film roles as a dubbing actor also include parts in features such as Brokedown Palace and Heimlicher Pakt.
