Daisuke Tonosaki, also known by the name 外崎大輔, is a Japanese voice actor born on November 6, 1987 in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Three Tree. Tonosaki began his voice acting career in 2011, with his debut role being a spectator in the anime series Astarotte's Toy. His early career included small and supporting parts in various shows, such as a delinquent and client in Strange Plus in 2014.

Tonosaki is known for his recurring role as Yamada in the anime series I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying. He first voiced this character in the first season in 2014 and reprised the role for its second season, I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying: 2nd Thread, in 2015. Beyond his work in anime, his voice acting credits include roles in video games. In 2016, he voiced the character Jose in Puyo Puyo!! Quest. He also worked on titles such as RPG Maker MV Trinity, where he voiced Alan in 2018, and Cat's Nyaho, providing the voice for Lautrec.

Throughout his career, Tonosaki has primarily taken on supporting and secondary roles. His other anime appearances include small parts in series like Karneval in 2013, My Wife is the Student Council President!+! as a male student in 2016, and Bakuon!! as a motorcyclist in the same year. In addition to his work in Japanese animation, he has been involved in dubbing foreign films, such as lending his voice to the character Leard in the Japanese dub of Brendan Fraser's Stand Off. Outside of his performance credits, Tonosaki holds qualifications including an information processing technician certification and a Kanji Kentei (Japanese character proficiency test) Level Pre-2. His hobbies include watching sports, and he has demonstrated a personal best score of 265 in bowling.
