Takahiko Sakaguma is a Japanese voice actor born on May 19, 1978. He is a native of Kumamoto Prefecture. Before pursuing voice acting professionally, he was active in an acting club during his school years and graduated from the Faculty of Literature at Kurume University, where he specialized in Human Sciences. He also spent part of his early acting career in Fukuoka Prefecture. To formally enter the voice acting industry, he trained at the Tokyo branch of the prestigious Aoni Juku voice acting school, graduating as a member of its 26th class.

Sakaguma's professional voice acting career began in 2006 with a minor role in the television anime La Corda d'Oro. He was initially affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production as part of its junior division until March 2010. Since leaving Aoni Production, he has continued his career as a freelance voice actor.

His career has been characterized by a high volume of roles, often portraying supporting characters, background figures, and quirky side characters across a wide variety of anime series. Notable anime appearances include playing multiple student roles in Kimi ni Todoke, Karl Lanzart in Valkyria Chronicles, and recurring roles in long-running series such as One Piece, Hunter x Hunter (2011), Soul Eater, and Fairy Tail. He has also contributed his voice to the long-standing children's franchise Anpanman, where he was the third voice actor for the character Takoyakiman and the sixth for Udaijin. His work in the 2017 series Taishō Mebiusline Chicchai-san is another example of his extensive television anime credits. Beyond animation, Sakaguma has been active in video games, with prominent roles such as Scias in Ys SEVEN and reprising his role as Karl Lanzart in the Valkyria Chronicles series. His versatility extends to radio dramas, drama CDs, television narration, and commercials.
