Tomoko Nakamura is a Japanese voice actress and narrator born on September 16, 1983, in Mie Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. Nakamura began her professional voice acting career in 2005 with a role in the anime series Blood+. She was previously a member of the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society until February 2009 before joining her current agency.

Nakamura is best known for her role as Yaya Yuiki, a main character in the Shugo Chara! franchise. She voiced Yaya Yuiki across all three series: Shugo Chara!, Shugo Chara!! Doki, and Shugo Chara! Party!. Beyond this signature role, her other notable anime television credits include Kurumi in Reborn!, various classmate roles in the K-On! series, and appearances in Bamboo Blade, CANAAN, CLANNAD: After Story, Strike Witches 2, To Love-Ru, Mobile Suit Gundam AGE, Suite Precure, Tiger & Bunny, and The World God Only Knows. Her work in film includes voice parts in K-On! The Movie, Suite Precure The Movie, and Buddha: The Great Departure. Nakamura has also contributed to original video animations such as Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, Negima! Ala Alba, Black★Rock Shooter, and Kissxsis.

In the video game field, she is recognized for voicing Fluff in Kirby's Epic Yarn, as well as characters in Danball Senki and Toushin Toshi. Her career also extends to drama CDs, radio shows, television program narration, and live reading events.
