Jerry Winsett is an American actor, voice over artist, comedian, and singer born on July 19, 1950. He began his performing career singing with his own band in Clarksville and Nashville, Tennessee, before transitioning to work in television, film, commercials, and voice acting for over forty years. His on-screen appearances include roles on series such as Coach, Mr. Belvedere, It's Garry Shandling's Show, and Newhart, as well as films including One Crazy Summer.

In the field of anime voice acting, Winsett is recognized for his work on English dubs of numerous Japanese productions during the 1980s and 1990s. He provided additional voices for series such as You're Under Arrest and Virtua Fighter, and voiced Detective B in Sailor Victory. His film roles in anime include a part in Crusher Joe: The Movie for the AnimEigo dub. He is specifically known for playing the role of Tadashi Emoto in You're Under Arrest: The Motion Picture and the role of Senator in The Tokyo Project. Winsett also contributed to multiple films in the Urusei Yatsura franchise, lending his voice to English versions of Urusei Yatsura 1: Only You, Urusei Yatsura 3: Remember My Love, Urusei Yatsura 4: Lum the Forever, Urusei Yatsura 6: Always My Darling, and Urusei Yatsura: The Final Chapter.

Throughout his voice acting career, Winsett has collaborated with several other performers on multiple projects.
