In addition to performing, Violini works as a dubbing director, notably for the successful telenovela Il Segreto broadcast on Mediaset. He is also a theatrical performer and educator. He created a performance format called Radioteatro, which combines elements of traditional radio drama with live stage performance, emphasizing the power of voice and imagination. He has presented shows including a monologue dedicated to Luigi Tenco and Destinatario sconosciuto, based on the novel by Katherine Kressmann Taylor. Violini is the founder and artistic director of the theatrical company Quellicheconlavoce Produzioni. He also works as a teacher, offering courses in diction, communication, and voice acting.
