Fumihide Ise is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency Arts Vision, having graduated from the Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyujo training institute. He was born on April 22 in Nara Prefecture, making him a native of the Kansai region, and he speaks the Kansai dialect. His hobbies and special skills include singing, enjoying coffee, and baseball.

Ise is best known for his supporting role as Hajime Hirata in the Space Battleship Yamato 2199 series, also known as Star Blazers 2199. He has continued to voice this character across multiple films and sequels in the franchise, including Star Blazers 2202, Uchū Senkan Yamato 2199: Tsuioku no Kōkai, Space Battleship Yamato 2205, and Yamato yo Towa ni: Rebel 3199.
