Jessica Ridder is a German voice actress based in Berlin. Her voice work encompasses a wide range of media, including anime series and films, video games, web series, television commercials, documentary narration, and audio books. She began performing in middle school and joined a local performing arts company at the age of fourteen, where she trained in dance, singing, and live stage performance over a period of seven years. After completing secondary school, Ridder moved to Paris to pursue formal acting training. She later studied literature at the Sorbonne and continued her education in acting and voice work in London before returning to Berlin, where she currently resides. Ridder is multilingual, speaking German, English, and French.

Ridder provides the German dub voice for the character Yui Shishido in the anime series Corpse Party: Tortured Souls, a four-episode horror OVA released in 2013. Yui Shishido is an enthusiastic assistant English homeroom teacher at Kisaragi Academy who becomes trapped in the cursed Heavenly Host Elementary School alongside her students and is a major character in the series. In the original Japanese audio, Yui Shishido is voiced by actress Miyuki Sawashiro. Ridder also voiced the same character in the 2015 film Corpse Party, the German synchronization for which was produced in 2017.

Besides her work on Corpse Party, Ridder has performed anime voice roles for several other series. Her German dubbing credits include roles in the anime shows Accel World, Attack on Titan, Blood Lad, Blue Exorcist, Fairy Tail, and One Piece. She has also worked in the video game industry, providing voices for characters in the game Heroes of Skyrealm. Ridder has performed as the German voice for numerous other international actresses beyond Miyuki Sawashiro, including Kerri McLean, Laurie Catherine Winkel, Travina Springer, and Terryn Westbrook. Her extensive commercial voice-over work includes campaigns for major brands such as Mastercard, Apple, Spotify, Ebay, Hilton Hotels, and Pfizer. She has also worked as a video editor, voicing sports news segments and highlights.
