Satowa Tanaka is a Japanese voice actress, stage actress, and scriptwriter known for her work in anime during the early 2010s. Born on April 28, 1990 in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, she began her career under her birth name before adopting the stage name Yuna Tamaki in 2016. Her early training included time at the Hanayashiki Actors Studio followed by the 81 Actors Studio, and she joined the agency 81 Produce as a junior talent in May 2011.

Tanaka made her anime voice acting debut in 2011 with minor roles in several series. Her first credited part was as a maid in The Mystic Archives of Dantalian, followed by notable early appearances as Hako in Duel Masters Victory and as a high school girl in Bakuman. 2. She continued to appear across multiple anime productions throughout 2011 and 2012, including voice work for SKET DANCE, Tamagotchi, and additional episodes of Bakuman. 3.

She voiced Jano and Malin in Jormungand and its sequel Jormungand Perfect Order, provided voices for multiple characters in Kill la Kill including Choroma and Masuyo Watari, and appeared in Muromi-san, Stella Womens Academy High School Division Class C3, and Tokyo Ravens. She also voiced Leafia in the Pokémon special Mewtwo: The Prologue to Awakening. Her work in long-running franchises includes small roles in Detective Conan, Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live, and additional Pokémon series such as Pokémon Super Wishes and Pokémon XY.

Beyond television anime, Tanaka contributed voice work to the OVA Ijime: Ikenie no Kyōshitsu under the name Satowa Tanaka, and she performed in video games including The Last Story as Ariel and Joker no Kuni no Alice. Her later roles under the Satowa Tanaka name include a mother in My Love Story in 2015 and a ryokan proprietress in SoniAni: Super Sonico the Animation.

Alongside her voice acting career, Tanaka has been active in theater. In 2012, she co-founded the theater group Hatsukoi Kikaku, serving as its leader and writing scripts for productions. She applied these scriptwriting skills to television programming as well, notably contributing to the show BREAK OUT. Her personal skills include absolute pitch, proficiency in kendo, and command of the Ibaraki dialect. After changing her stage name to Yuna Tamaki in 2016, she continued performing as a freelance creator, leaving 81 Produce in November 2024. Her voice type is soprano.
