Mayuno Yasokawa is a Japanese actress and voice actor. She was born on February 11, 1965, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. After graduating from the Tokyo Metropolitan Shakujii High School and later from Waseda University's Second Department of Literature with a major in English literature, she joined the theatre company Bungakuza as a research student in 1987. She became a full member of the company in 1992. Yasokawa made her stage debut in a production of "Chikamatsu Onna Adauchi" directed by Toru Emoto and starring Haruko Sugimura, and her career has centered on stage work. She briefly took a break from performing due to a pregnancy.

In the field of animation, Yasokawa has portrayed a variety of supporting characters. She is known for the role of Naomi, a glasswork merchant in the 2010 television series Sound of the Sky. Other notable anime television roles include Yuka's mother in Inuyasha: The Final Act in 2010, Tamako's mother in Barakamon in 2014, and Natalia Raskova in New Sakura Wars the Animation in 2020. Her work in animated films includes the role of Harden in Hayao Miyazaki's Howl's Moving Castle in 2004, Misaki Tendou in Legend of the Millennium Dragon in 2011, the role of Ulysses' mother in the 2020 film Violet Evergarden: The Movie, and Saoirse McKenzie in Eureka: Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution in 2021.
