Wolfgang Riehm is a German actor, voice actor, and narrator born in 1954 in Münster, Germany. He completed his acting training at the Hamburgisches Schauspielstudio under Hildburg Frese from 1980 to 1983, with additional instruction from Annemarie Marks-Rocke. Riehm began his stage career with engagements at the Schleswig-Holsteinischen Landestheater and the Saarländischen Staatstheater before working extensively at Hamburg venues including the Thalia Theater, Ernst-Deutsch-Theater, Altonaer Theater, and Theater in der Basilika. His on-screen acting credits include appearances in German television series such as Tatort, Ein Fall für zwei, Ritas Welt, Großstadtrevier, Alarm für Cobra 11, Notruf Hafenkante, and Sturm der Liebe. Riehm has worked as a voice actor since 1986, providing German dubbing for numerous film and television roles, as well as voice work for documentaries, commercials, audio dramas, and video games.

Within anime voice acting, Wolfgang Riehm is known for several significant roles in major series. He voices Inoichi Yamanaka, the father of Ino Yamanaka and a key member of the Konohagakure intelligence division, across the Naruto franchise. He provides this character's German voice in the original Naruto series, Naruto Shippuden, the film Road to Ninja: Naruto the Movie, and the sequel series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Riehm also voices the character Kimimaro Kaguya in Naruto as the character's third German voice actor.
