Haruka Watanabe is a Japanese voice actor and former child actor, born on September 9, 1992, in Kanagawa Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Quatre Stella. Her career in entertainment began at a young age as a child actor with the agency KIRIN PRO, appearing in various television programs and commercials. She later transitioned to voice acting, initially affiliated with WITH LINE, before becoming a freelancer in April 2019 and subsequently joining Quatre Stella in December 2020.
