Eiji Sekiguchi is a Japanese voice actor born on October 25, 1970, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion. Sekiguchi graduated from the Tokyo Announcement Academy in 1991, after which he entered a training school attached to the former Ogipro Theatrical Production Co., Ltd. He officially joined the agency, then known as Ogipro, in 1993. After the company underwent a name change, he became part of Mausu Promotion.

Sekiguchi began providing voices for anime in the early 1990s. His debut role was in the series Yu Yu Hakusho, where he voiced the character Yaiba Kirishima among other minor parts. Throughout the decade, he built a career by taking on a wide range of supporting characters in numerous popular series. His credits from this period include roles in Street Fighter II V, Boys Over Flowers, and The Rose of Versailles, as well as in OVAs like Galaxy Express 999 and Key the Metal Idol.

One of his most recognized roles is Hisui Kisaragi from the Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpucho series. He voiced this character in both the first season, titled Tou, and the second season, Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpucho: Tou 2nd Act. This role is a central part of his filmography. Other significant anime roles include Droy, Taurus, and Vanish in Fairy Tail and its sequels, Lawrence Maran in Macross Delta, and a police chief in My Hero Academia. He also had roles in drama series like The Eccentric Family and Concrete Revolutio.

Beyond television animation, Sekiguchi has a substantial body of work in films, original video animations, and video games. His film appearances include the 2002 feature WXIII: Patlabor the Movie 3. In the realm of video games, he is known for voicing Remy in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike and for reprising his role as Hisui Kisaragi in various Tokyo Majin Gakuen titles. He is also active in foreign film dubbing, providing the Japanese voice for characters in international productions such as Joe's Apartment and Money Train.
