Bree Welch is an English voice actor known for her work in anime dubs, primarily during the late 2000s and early 2010s. Her most recognized role is Flandre, the small but incredibly strong android servant of Princess Hime, in the anime series Princess Resurrection. In this series, Flandre is a main character known for speaking only a single word, Hooba, and Welch provided her voice for the English dub produced by Sentai Filmworks under the direction of Steven Foster.

Beyond Princess Resurrection, Welch contributed additional voices to several other anime titles. She is credited as providing additional voices for the series The World God Only Knows and Dream Eater Merry. Earlier in her career, she performed minor roles in the Clannad franchise, voicing Kotomi's mother in the first season of Clannad and a woman in the Clannad Another World: Summer Holidays special. She also had an undisclosed role in the series Red Garden. These roles represent the known scope of her professional anime voice acting career.
