Kozue Kamada is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. She is a native of Miyagi Prefecture and was born on September 11, with blood type B. She is a graduate of the Aonijuku Tokyo school, class number 2, period 3, and began her voice acting career in the early 2000s.

Kamada is known for her extensive work in long-running anime series, video games, and foreign film dubbing. Her anime career includes significant supporting roles across many popular franchises. She is credited with voicing various characters in the long-running series One Piece, including roles such as Rika. She also portrayed Yuriko in the original Futari wa Pretty Cure and its sequel, Futari wa Pretty Cure Max Heart. Beyond these, her television animation work includes appearances in Astro Boy, Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, The Galaxy Railways, Ring ni Kakero, Stellvia of the Universe, World Trigger (as characters including Katsuho Ketsuki), and the 2012 series Saint Seiya Omega.

Regarding the series Ayakashi - Samurai Horror Tales, Kamada played multiple roles across its three installments. She voiced the character Kikyou in the Tenshu Monogatari arc, Mao Sakai in the Bakeneko arc, and also contributed to the Yotsuya Kaidan arc.
