Heather Halley is an American film, television, stage, and voice actress known for her work across anime, video games, and animation. She was born on September 28, 1969. In the world of anime, she is best recognized for her role in the series Honey and Clover. She provided the English voice for Hagumi Hanamoto in the anime Honey and Clover and its sequel Honey and Clover II. In addition to voicing Hagumi, she also voiced the character Kaoru Morita in the first Honey and Clover series.
Beyond her anime work, Halley has an extensive career in video game voice acting. She is perhaps most widely known as the English voice of Para-Medic in the Metal Gear Solid series, including Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops.
