Ernie Manouse is an American television host, radio personality, producer, and voice actor known for his extensive work in public broadcasting as well as lending his voice to English-language dubs of Japanese anime. Born on September 1, 1969, in Binghamton, New York, Manouse began his broadcasting career with NBC Network News and radio in Chicago before joining Houston Public Media in 1996, where he became a prominent interviewer and host of programs such as InnerVIEWS with Ernie Manouse.
Outside of his primary career in journalism and television, Manouse has worked as a voice actor, particularly in the early 2000s. He provided English voiceovers for over a dozen Japanese anime series produced and distributed by ADV Films, a company known for localizing anime for North American audiences.
