Ernie Manouse is an American television host, radio personality, producer, and voice actor known for his extensive work in public broadcasting as well as lending his voice to English-language dubs of Japanese anime. Born on September 1, 1969, in Binghamton, New York, Manouse began his broadcasting career with NBC Network News and radio in Chicago before joining Houston Public Media in 1996, where he became a prominent interviewer and host of programs such as InnerVIEWS with Ernie Manouse.

Outside of his primary career in journalism and television, Manouse has worked as a voice actor, particularly in the early 2000s. He provided English voiceovers for over a dozen Japanese anime series produced and distributed by ADV Films, a company known for localizing anime for North American audiences. His anime voice acting credits include the role of Comte de Guercy in the historical supernatural series Le Chevalier D'Eon. His other notable voice roles include parts in the surreal comedy series Cromartie High School, also known as魁!! 天兵高校, and the supernatural series Gilgamesh. These projects primarily occurred during a period when ADV Films was a dominant force in the English-language anime market.

Manouse's career is distinguished by numerous awards and accolades in broadcasting.
