Hugues Boucher is a French voice actor best known for his work in anime dubbing. He has been active in the French voice-over industry, providing voices for numerous anime series and films, primarily during the 2000s.

Boucher is most recognized for his long-standing role as Myoga, the elderly and often cowardly flea demon who serves as a retainer to the series' main character, Inuyasha. He voiced this character consistently across both the original Inuyasha television series and the first two animated films in the franchise, Inuyasha the Movie: Affections Touching Across Time and Inuyasha the Movie 2: The Castle Beyond the Looking Glass.

Beyond his signature role in Inuyasha, Boucher's career includes a variety of other significant anime roles. He voiced Kenichi Kurokawa, the cynical former police officer and leader of the titular group in the action series Mezzo. In the science-fiction series Heat Guy J, he played the character Edmundo. Other notable roles include Aion in Chrno Crusade, Yusei Kondo in Eden of the East, Akagi in Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu, and Hajime Saito in Peace Maker Kurogane.

In addition to his on-screen voice work, Boucher also contributed to the French adaptation of anime behind the scenes as a dialogue director. He served as the adaptation director for the series Full Metal Panic! and its sequel.
