Werner Ziebig is a German voice actor born on April 6, 1945. He was born in Germany and is known for his extensive work in dubbing foreign films and series into German. His career spans several decades, with a particular focus on providing voices for anime and animated productions for the German market.

Ziebig has contributed to the German dubbing of the long-running detective series Detective Conan across multiple films and episodes. In the film Detective Conan: The Private Eyes' Requiem, he provided the German voice for the character Heizou Hattori. He also voiced Heizou Hattori in the television series Detective Conan. His other roles in the Detective Conan film series include Entarou Yashiro in Detective Conan: The Conspiracy Across the Ocean, Shouzou Sakura in Detective Conan: Crossroad in the Ancient Capital, Pilot Ookoshi in Detective Conan: Magician of the Silver Sky, Toshio Moroboshi in Detective Conan: The Phantom of Baker Street, and a fire department commander in Detective Conan: Countdown to Heaven.

Beyond Detective Conan, Ziebig voiced Tatewaki Katase in the German dub of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. He also performed the role of Shuuzou Kanzaki in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. His other anime voice credits include roles in Aquarian Age: Sign for Evolution, Last Exile, and Texhnolyze. In addition to his work in animation, Ziebig has voiced numerous characters in live-action films, including a small role as a party guest in The Dark Knight and as a panicked man in Shrek the Third.
