Early in his career, he auditioned for a Disney project to voice the character Zé Carioca, a role for which he received a callback but the film was ultimately never produced.

Blanco is known for his work in animation dubbing and video games. One of his notable roles is providing the voice for the character Goutetsu in the animated series Street Fighter Alpha: Generations. His vocal abilities include performing in both English and Portuguese, and he has experience with various accents including French, Italian, and Brazilian Portuguese.
