Souma Shiomi is a Japanese voice actor born on December 31, 1989, in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. He is known for his versatile vocal range and has built a career spanning anime, video games, and dubbing foreign productions. He stands 187 cm tall and holds a certificate for achieving the eighth-dan level in calligraphy.

Shiomi began his career in the mid-2010s, initially affiliated with the talent agency Office-tb. In March 2022, he changed the presentation of his professional name from kanji to hiragana. He left Office-tb at the end of February 2023 and has since continued his career as a freelance voice actor.

In anime, Shiomi has contributed voices to a wide array of series, often in supporting or guest roles. He is known for playing TETSU in ARP Backstage Pass. His other anime credits include roles in Edens Zero, Golden Kamuy, 86, BNA: Brand New Animal, Brave Beats, Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy-, Reincarnated as a Sword, and Dead Mount Death Play.
