Yukimasa Natori was a Japanese actor and voice actor born in Osaka Prefecture on September 9, 1941. After graduating from Osaka Municipal Ogimachi Commercial High School and the Tama Art University Theatre Department, he joined the theatrical company Seinenza on April 1, 1963. He passed away on December 21, 2024, at the age of 82.

In the field of animation, Natori is best known for his role as Wong Lee in the Universal Century Gundam timeline. He first voiced the Anaheim Electronics executive in the 1985 series Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and reprised the role the following year in its direct sequel, Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. His other anime voice credits from the 1980s include the Police Chief in the series Dirty Pair. In the 1990s, his roles included the Elder in The Happy Cricket (Kukkoro no Machi), Eluk in Slayers, a Parish Priest in Romeo's Blue Skies, a Section Chief in the long-running series Detective Conan, an Elder in Cooking Master Boy, and the voice of a tea shop owner, also in Detective Conan. Later anime work featured the Vice Principal in the 2014 series Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha, a police officer and the character Usui in the 2016 series Kumamiko, and the character Nanamaki in the sixth season of Natsume's Book of Friends in 2017.

Beyond animation, Natori had an extensive career in live-action television and film. He appeared in the original Kamen Rider series in 1971 as the elderly version of the hero, Shotaro Hidari. Decades later, he reprised this unique role, once again playing an aged Shotaro Hidari in the 2009 series Kamen Rider W. His other notable live-action appearances included the 1999 film The Tokyo Dispatch, the historical drama Aoi Tokugawa Sandai, and the 2019 project That Moment, I Wanted to Cry. He also worked extensively in dubbing foreign films into Japanese.
