Misa Fukai is a Japanese voice actor, also known as Misa Tanaka, with a career that includes several supporting roles in major anime franchises from the 1990s. One of her most easily identified roles is Atashi Darlemon in the series Tomatoman. Her professional background also includes work as an educator, as she currently operates a music school called Misa Musical Studio in Osaka.

Throughout her voice acting career, Fukai was particularly active in the Sailor Moon metaseries. She voiced a variety of minor characters across the original Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon R, and Sailor Moon S anime. Her roles in this franchise include an Announcer, a Clerk, a Female Guest, various Girls, a Mother, a Schoolgirl, a Woman, a Young Lady, Octave, and Range. Beyond Sailor Moon, her other anime credits include the role of Boy A in the 1995 original video animation Kodomo no Omocha and a role as a Woman in the OAV Wild 7.
