Masae Maeda, also known by the stage name Masae Asaka, is a Japanese voice actress, actress, and narrator born on January 24, 1962, in Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. She began her career in the 1980s and was formerly represented by the talent agencies NPS Theatres and Yurin Pro.

Her voice acting career includes a variety of television anime roles throughout the 1980s and early 1990s. Some of her early works include roles in the series Magical Fairy Persia from 1984, and in 1985 she had parts in Touch and Magical Star Magical Emi. In 1986, she voiced the character Kanoko in the anime adaptation of Princess Anne.

Maeda is known for her role as Peaman Sister in the 1992 anime series Tomatoman, known in Japanese as Salad Juyushi Tomatoman. Her other notable anime roles from this period include Hibō Taigo in the 1989 series Obocchama-kun and various characters in the 1989 revival of Insect Story: Orphan Hutch. In the field of dubbing foreign works into Japanese, she is recognized for providing the voice of Peppermint Patty for the Peanuts franchise featuring Snoopy and Charlie Brown.
