Olivia O'Connor is an American voice actress known for her work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime. She is a pseudonym used by the actress Colleen Ann Villard (née O'Shaughnessey), who has also performed under the names Olivia Charles and Maggie O'Connor.

As Olivia O'Connor, she voiced the character Sara Kodama in the anime series Overman King Gainer. The English dub of Overman King Gainer was directed by Tony Oliver at Bang Zoom! Entertainment. She also used the name Olivia O'Connor for the role of Noriko Itou in the series Figure 17. Figure 17 was dubbed by Media Blasters.

The actress behind the Olivia O'Connor pseudonym was born on September 15, 1971, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and is a graduate of the University of Michigan. She has been active in the voice acting industry since 1990.
