Carlos Arraiz, born Carlos Alberto Castillo Arraiz in Caracas, Venezuela, is a Latin American voice actor known for his work in Spanish-language dubbing of anime and animated series. His career in performance began in theater while he was a student of social communication at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, where he became a member of the theater group El Chichón. In addition to voice acting, he has worked extensively as an actor in television and film, as well as a model and announcer.

Within the field of anime voice acting, Arraiz is recognized for several significant roles in the Latin American Spanish dubs of popular series. He is known for providing the voice of Zelgadis Greywords in the anime series The Slayers Next and The Slayers. Another notable role is Kiba in the series Wolf's Rain. Arraiz also voiced the title character in the Latin American Spanish dub of the animated series Freakazoid!.
