Jeff Garcia was an American voice actor and stand-up comedian who performed the role of Kenta Hagiwara in the English-language dub of the anime series Figure 17. This remains his primary credited role in the anime voice acting field. The series, an English dub produced by Media Blasters, features Garcia voicing the character of Kenta Hagiwara.

Beyond his work in anime, Garcia built a substantial career in general animation voiceover. He was best known for voicing Sheen Estevez, the excitable best friend of the title character, in the Jimmy Neutron franchise. This began with the 2001 film Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and continued through 59 episodes of the follow-up television series The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius and the spin-off series Planet Sheen. His other significant voice roles included Pip the Mouse in the Barnyard film and its television spin-off Back at the Barnyard, as well as the penguin Rinaldo in the Happy Feet films. He also had voice parts in the animated features Rio, Rio 2, Marmaduke, and the English-language version of the Japanese film Doraemon: Nobita and the Green Giant Legend.

In terms of recurring collaborations, Garcia worked extensively with the Nickelodeon network and the animation studio DNA Productions through his long-running role in the Jimmy Neutron franchise. He reprised the character of Sheen Estevez in multiple television films, crossover specials such as The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour, and various video game adaptations. He also frequently worked with the production companies behind the Barnyard and Happy Feet franchises.

The actor died in December 2025 at the age of 50.
