Cutter Garcia is an American actor known for his work in voice acting for anime and video games, as well as live-action television. He has been active in the entertainment industry since 1997. Garcia was born on May 9, 1975, in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was a journalism major.

In the field of anime voice acting, Garcia is recognized for providing the English dub voice for Kenta Hagiwara in the series Figure 17, also known as Figure 17: Tsubasa & Hikaru. His other anime voice credits include roles in Gurren Lagann, where he voiced characters including Kid Coega and a prisoner, and the English dub of the film Redline, in which he played the character Todoroki.

Garcia is perhaps best known for his extensive work in video games. He is the voice of the character Torn in the Jak and Daxter video game series, appearing in Jak II, Jak 3, and Jak X: Combat Racing. He also provided the voice for the character Jinx in the same series. His other video game credits include roles in Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time, L.A. Noire, and the interactive ride Benno's Great Race Interactive Ride. In some of his earlier video game work, he is credited under the name Cutter Mitchell.

Beyond voice acting, Garcia has made numerous appearances in live-action television series. His guest roles include appearances on Monk, Weeds, Pretty Little Liars, Chuck, CSI: Miami, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. He also had a recurring role as Paulie the Paparazzo on Hannah Montana.
