Kerstin Fischer, also known by the alias Kerstin Fischer-Zak, is a German voice actor born in 1965. She is known for her work in the German dubbing industry, providing voices for a wide range of characters in international films and television series.

Fischer's voice acting portfolio includes work in anime and animation. She is recognized for the role of Chiquita in the anime series Jormungand, specifically in the 2015 German dubbing of the 2012 series Jormungand Perfect Order.
