Tiago Castro is a Portuguese voice actor, radio announcer, and stage actor known for his work in European Portuguese dubs of animated series. Born on June 10, 1983, in Matosinhos or Porto, Portugal, he began his professional training at the age of fifteen when he entered a professional theater school. He also spent two years studying at the William Esper Studio in New York.

Within the field of anime voice acting, Castro has contributed to several notable series. He is recognized for his performance as Souma, the Lionet Saint, in the anime Saint Seiya Omega. In the Portuguese dub of this series, he was not limited to a single role, also providing the voices for other characters including Geki, Shun, Hyoga, Harbinger, and Schiller.

His other major anime credits include the role of Vetrix in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL, as well as Duke Devlin in the later seasons of the original Yu-Gi-Oh!. In the sports anime Victory Kickoff: Pontapé de Saída, he voiced both Ouzou Furuya and Masaru Hanashima. He also took on the role of Brock and Meowth in Pokémon 7: Alma Gémea, Dex Oyama in MegaMan NT Warrior, Emmanuel Klipse in Monsuno, and provided voice work for the series Samurai 7. Beyond anime, his voice acting work includes roles in animated series such as Transformers: Rescue Bots, Winx Club, and A Abelha Maia.

Alongside his career in animation, Castro has extensive experience in live-action acting for television and film, as well as stage performance and stand-up comedy. He is known to work in both Lisbon and Porto, contributing to dubs produced for the Portuguese market.
