Jennifer Gould

Description
Jennifer Gould, also known as Jen Gould, is a Canadian voice actress and singer. She was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Gould came to voice acting after developing a passion for performing arts in her youth, having been involved in acting since middle school and joining a local performing arts company at the age of fourteen where she learned to dance and hone her singing skills.

She is perhaps best known for her contributions to the English dub of the classic anime series Sailor Moon. Gould provided the voice for the character Hotaru Tomoe, who is also known as the brooding and powerful Sailor Saturn, in the Cloverway dub of the series. In addition to this prominent role, she voiced the character ParaPara, one of the Amazoness Quartet, in the fourth season of the dub. In the feature film Sailor Moon S: The Movie, she played the role of Himeko Nayotake, an astronaut whose story mirrors the classic Japanese folktale The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter.

Beyond her work in anime, Jennifer Gould has a notable achievement in the music industry. In 2008, she won a Juno Award, which is one of Canada's most prestigious music honors, for Children's Album of the Year for her work on the album Music Soup. Her voice acting career has also seen her appear in other animated series, including the children's show Rolie Polie Olie, where she played the character Miss Triangle, and the series Busytown Mysteries. She has also worked on projects outside of animation, with appearances in television films such as The Passion of Ayn Rand and the television series John from Cincinnati.

Throughout her voice acting career, she has collaborated with various other performers. One of her most frequent professional collaborations has been with fellow voice actress Catherine Disher.
