Amanda Brown is a voice actress primarily known for her work on English-language dubs of Japanese anime produced by 4Kids Entertainment during the early 2000s. She performed under the name Amanda Brown, while her professional name outside of voice acting is Amanda Lipitz.

Brown's most prominent role was Zoey Hanson in the English adaptation of the anime series Tokyo Mew Mew. This series was localized for North American audiences under the title Mew Mew Power. In this adaptation, she voiced the main protagonist, Zoey Hanson, who transforms into the superheroine Mew Zoey. She also provided the voice for Mrs. Hanson, Zoey's mother, in the first thirteen episodes of the series before being replaced in that specific role.

Beyond her work on Mew Mew Power, Brown's voice acting credits include other anime series dubbed by 4Kids. She voiced the character Belinda Higgins in the magical girl series Magical DoReMi. She also contributed to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, providing the voice for the character Starlee Hambrath in the series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fast Forward. Additionally, she performed additional voices for the series Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds.
