She was born on December 20th in Caracas, Venezuela, and studied Social Communication at the Andrés Bello Catholic University, where she graduated with a focus on audiovisual media. Her interest in voice acting was sparked by the film "Mrs. Doubtfire" (1993), after which she pursued formal training. She began her studies at the Etcétera Group in 2004 and later enrolled at LAIN, a Venezuelan dubbing school. Before completing her coursework, she received her first professional role providing voices for the Portuguese telenovela "Ojos de Agua" (2001). Following this debut, she became a regular performer at Venezuelan dubbing studios such as M&M Studios and Etcétera Group.

Chacón has voiced a wide range of characters across different genres and media. In the field of anime, she is recognized for the role of Kei Kishimoto in the series "Gantz." Her other notable anime credits include Mokona in "xxxHOLiC," Zola in "Blue Dragon," and Paninya in "Fullmetal Alchemist." She is also the voice of Menchi, a small animal character, in the comedic series "Excel Saga". Beyond anime, her extensive dubbing work includes the voice of Raven in various DC Comics animated projects, Darcy in the "Winx Club" franchise (a role she performed from 2004 to 2016), and Leshawna in the "Total Drama" series. Beginning with the sixth season of "SpongeBob SquarePants," she became the official voice of Sandy Cheeks for Latin American Spanish dubs, replacing the previous voice actress. Her live-action dubbing work includes providing Spanish voices for actresses such as Carey Mulligan, Michelle Williams, and Milla Jovovich.

Throughout her career, Chacón has demonstrated a versatile vocal range that allows her to portray male children, female characters of all ages, and both heroic and antagonistic figures. She has worked frequently with fellow Venezuelan voice actress Rebeca Aponte on numerous productions. In addition to her voice acting for film and television, she has worked as a voice-over artist for commercials and served as an announcer for the TNT Novelas channel. She has also taught dubbing classes alongside voice director Franklin Zambrano and voice actress Judith Noguera. Chacón has been a guest at fan conventions in Venezuela, including the Caracas Comics Con. In interviews, she has spoken about the challenges of voice acting, including the physical demands of recording emotionally intense scenes that require crying, running, and shouting, as well as the rewarding experience of working on children's series such as "Mush-Mush and the Mushables."
