Rachael Moser, also known professionally as Rachael Messer, is an American voice actor recognized for her work in English-language dubs of anime and video games. She grew up in Catoosa, Oklahoma, and pursued formal training in performance, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance from a college in her home state where she studied voice work and stage acting. Her professional career has included hundreds of voice roles across animation, video games, radio plays, and commercials, with frequent collaborations with major studios such as Funimation and Sentai Filmworks.

One of Moser's notable early anime roles is Utako Ohkawa, a kindergarten student and president of the Kindergarten Student Division Council in the series CLAMP School Detectives. This character believes she will eventually marry her classmate Akira Ijūin, and Moser provided her voice for the English dub produced by Bandai Entertainment. Her broader anime portfolio includes the leading role of Sistine Fibel in Akashic Records of Bastard Magical Instructor, as well as parts in Black Clover as Rebecca Scarlet, Princess Principal as Chise, Azur Lane as Enterprise, Goblin Slayer as the Female Knight, and Shirobako as Shizuka.
