Daisuke Nagumo is a Japanese voice actor born on November 3, 1989, in Iwate Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Sigma Seven.

Nagumo began his voice acting career in the early 2010s after training at a Tokyo broadcasting technical school. Among his earliest notable roles was the character Nobori Nakajima in the 2014 television anime series Francesca. Nobori Nakajima is depicted as a member of the undead Shinsengumi who is clumsy but knowledgeable, with a hobby of raising flowers. Nagumo had a regular voice role on this series for all twenty-four episodes.

Throughout his career, Nagumo has portrayed a range of supporting and guest characters across numerous anime series. His television anime credits include roles in April Is Your Lie, The Heroic Legend of Arslan, Food Wars: Shokugeki no Soma, Masamune-kun's Revenge, and the 2018 season of Free! - Dive to the Future. He has also contributed to long-running series such as Detective Conan and Doraemon.

Nagumo is known for his significant voice work within the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. He provided the voice for Mensaburo Omori in Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS and Men Jaburo Omori in Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!!. Beyond his voice roles, he is also active as a host, commentator, and narrator for major trading card game tournaments, particularly those related to the Yu-Gi-Oh! brand, and was invited to be an official commentator for the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship in 2017.

In the realm of video games, Nagumo voiced the main male protagonist in Breath of Fire 6. His other voice work extends to the tokusatsu series Ultraman X, where he voiced the character Dada, as well as stage plays, drama CDs, audio books, and digital comics.
