Elaine Wagner is a pseudonym used by the American voice actress Lindsay Seidel for certain anime voice-over roles. Wagner is primarily known for her work on English-language dubs produced by Funimation Entertainment.

Wagner's most prominent and consistently documented voice role is Sumika Izumino in the anime series Yurikuma Arashi. Sumika is a student and the close friend and soul mate of the protagonist, Kureha Tsubaki, and her tragic fate serves as a central catalyst for the series' plot. The character is depicted as a bespectacled girl with dark hair.

The English dub of Yurikuma Arashi was produced by Funimation Entertainment as part of its Broadcast Dub initiative, which involved recording the English dialogue while the original Japanese series was still airing. The series was directed by Kunihiko Ikuhara, and the English adaptation was directed by Christopher Bevins. The dub cast for Yurikuma Arashi was announced in March 2015, with the first English-dubbed episode premiering on March 16, 2015.
