Chika Ookubo is a Japanese stage actress and voice actress. She was born on November 3 and is from Kitakyushu City in Fukuoka Prefecture. She has a height of 155 centimeters and blood type A. She was formerly affiliated with Fancus Campers 009, an agency previously known as Collision Safety Body, and is now represented by Up and Up.

Ookubo is best known for her role as Kotetsu in the anime series Kamisama Kiss. Her performance as the character runs through multiple installments of the franchise. She first took on the role of Kotetsu in the main second season of the series, titled Kamisama Kiss 2, which was announced in 2014 and broadcast in 2015. She continued to voice the same character in other entries of the franchise, including the original Kamisama Kiss series and the OVA titled Kamisama Kiss: Kamisama, Shiawase ni Naru.
