Gōki Ogawa is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on June 14, 1968, in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the theatrical company En. In addition to his voice work, his listed hobbies and skills include drumming, playing the taiko, and cooking. He also works under the stage name and real name Takeshi Ogawa.

Ogawa has contributed to several notable animated productions. He is known for providing the voice of the character Koichi in the 2011 animated film A Letter to Momo (Momo e no Tegami). This film, directed by Hiroyuki Okiura and produced by Production I.G, follows a young girl who moves to a remote island and encounters three mischievous spirits. In A Letter to Momo, his character Koichi is a local boy who, along with his younger sister, tries to befriend the protagonist.

His most prominent anime television role is Tjorm in the 2014 series Ronja the Robber's Daughter (Sanzoku no Musume Ronya). This 26-episode CGI anime, directed by Goro Miyazaki and co-produced by Polygon Pictures and Studio Ghibli, is an adaptation of Astrid Lindgren's classic children's novel. In the series, Ogawa voices Tjorm, who is a member of the robber clan led by Mattis.

His other voice credits include a role in the 2007 anime Little Red: The Recipe Thief? and the Japanese dub of the 2010 live-action film Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, where he provided the voice for the character Magicien Chuck.
