Miyū Kashiwagi is a Japanese voice actor born on July 25 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She has been active in the industry since at least 2010 and has worked under several aliases, including Ramune Hinagi, Yuzu Mamiya, and Misaki Todo. Kashiwagi was previously affiliated with the talent agencies Az Creative and Pro Fit.

Among her notable voice roles is the character Sayumi Ureshino in the 2014 anime series A Good Librarian Like a Good Shepherd, where she played a supporting role as an information technology student who works at a campus cafeteria and is skilled in online gaming and programming. Her other early credits include the role of Tomo Yanagihara in White Album 2 and Oshikiri Momoka in Let's work part-time!!, the latter credited under the name Misaki Todo. In 2010, she also voiced Reo Kawamura in Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke wo: Anata to Koibito Tsunagi. More recently, Kashiwagi appeared in a voice role for the 2025 series Summer Pockets.
